Shipping Policy

The order must be placed directly from the website of the receiving country. If you choose a different delivery country, your shopping bag may be modified or emptied.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order.

The delivery time is from Monday to Friday during working hours (excluding holidays).

Your order will be shipped after the payment method is accepted. Our warehouse usually ships within 3-5 working days after placing an order. If there is any delay, we will contact you.

Global delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, and delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery location and supply situation. Delivery to addresses in remote areas may take longer.

If you want to make additional purchases, you will need to place a new order for another order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be merged.

Once the order leaves the warehouse, we cannot cancel it.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. If the information provided by the buyer is inaccurate or incomplete, resulting in delivery failure, Shineclothlife shall not be held responsible.

Transportation costs

Shineclothlife charges a uniform shipping fee of $30 for all orders.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. During the promotion period, a large order volume may result in extended delivery times.

After your package is shipped from shineclothlife, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If you are a registered user, you can check the order status in your account to see the latest status of your order.
