Return process

We have a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your order.

In order to return the goods purchased on the website, you must contact us through a “return request” within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned to us without prior application for return will not be accepted.

To apply for a return, please review our return procedure and follow the instructions below:

Ensure that the product is in its original/saleable condition and packaging as received, and comes with all labels. The item must be intact, undamaged, unchanged, and free from any odor.

Customized products and publications are non returnable. This does not affect the customer’s legal rights.

Put the item you want to return into a box, preferably the original box, and ensure that it is properly packaged.

Declare your return request; Find the order number you wish to return in your order confirmation email and make a request in the ‘Return Request’ section.

Once your return is approved, our customer service team will send you an email and a printable return label.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased from shineclothlife.com.

Due to sales restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the country/region where they were purchased.

When returning the product, please send it back together with the free gift received at the time of purchase.
